White Rock Property Care are one of South Wales’ most trusted property services teams, known for their expertise in specialist building preservation. Four Waves had the pleasure of working with the White Rock team for many years, so when they asked us to refresh their website - with updated content and a cleaner, more modern style I was all in.

White Rock stands apart in their field. They're deliberately positioned far from the 'white van man' stereotype, offering a polished, professional service backed by industry-leading accreditations and solid guarantees. That trustworthiness needed to come through loud and clear in their new online presence.

The new site puts that front and centre - clear messaging around accreditations, strong testimonials, and a brand new ‘White Rock Stories’ video series all work together to build confidence and connect with users on a personal level.

Each of their services now lives on its own dedicated page, boosting SEO and making the site much easier to navigate. separate location-based pages were also introduced to strengthen search visibility even further.

The main call to action - booking a survey - was made a priority across the site. The booking form is clean, simple, and well-integrated with the admin team's internal systems, including clear validation and helpful error messaging to reduce friction for users.

The feedback? Overwhelmingly positive. White Rock has seen a significant uptick in enquiries and bookings, often filling their calendar well in advance.
