Filmed in one of London’s most exclusive areas, the message of this social proof video was simple but powerful: you can’t just install anything in a place like this.
This was one of several videos in an ongoing series with EV Wales, and this particular shoot shone the spotlight on ParkLive, a London-based provider of high-end EV charging solutions, featuring their Managing Director, Dave McLaughlin.
With travel to and from Wales in a single day and a lean crew of two, efficiency really mattered - and that’s where experience paid off. We kicked off early to catch the best of the summer light, which helped elevate not just the look of the product, but the prestige of the area itself.
Once Dave arrived, it was clear he didn’t need much coaching - our interview naturally became a relaxed, genuine chat, which is exactly how we like to approach these. With the help of his team we were able to film some b-roll of them carrying out some maintenance to get everything we needed within our short shoot window.
We also made the most of the day by capturing lifestyle and product photography alongside the video content. The result was an efficient, high-impact shoot that increased trust and credibility on the EV Wales website - while also giving ParkLive content they were proud to share across their own channels.
This kind of multi-use, collaborative content is where social proof really shines. It doesn’t just tell a story - it builds trust, boosts reach, and brings the customer into the spotlight. The content was also written out as a case study for the EV Tower website, doubling it's use on the website and increasing SEO impact.
It’s easy to see why these kinds of videos are one of the most requested formats created here at Four Waves.
